If you really want to lose body fat, especially stomach fat, you need to start doing multi-joint full-body workouts.

It doesn’t matter how good your diet is and how healthy you eat every day, if you don’t do the proper workouts or any workouts at all you’ll never lose your body fat.

For your body to start burning calories and lose the body fat there’s actually only one thing your body needs to do and that’s increasing your metabolic rate. Everything else, increased fat-burning hormones, testosterone etc. is due to the increased metabolic rate.

Now let me get the 100 crunches myth out of the world before we continue.

You’ve probably heard it all before, if you want to lose belly fat the best stomach flattening exercises are exercises that train your abs directly such as crunches sit ups etc.

WRONG!!

If that’s what you’re doing right now and you DON’T want to burn stomach fat by all means continue with what you’re doing.

But if you want to burn the stomach fat get in good shape and have lean sexy body with maybe even a six pack than what you need to do is start focusing on multi-joint full-body workouts.

Multi-Joint Full-Body Workouts For Rapid Fat Burning

There are different types of multi-joint workouts such as free weight lifting, next to that you have got high intensity interval training like basketball, football, volleyball etc.

But the best results are gained with weight lifting and no that doesn’t mean you have or will bulk yourself up like Schwarzenegger.

First you probably don’t have the hormonal response to do that, especially if you’re women.

And a weight lifting workout plan for burning fat is way different than the workout professional bodybuilders have, also you don’t have to use any drugs like they do to bulk yourself up.

Second you don’t have to be afraid of lifting heavy weights, especially women, it’s enough to lift as heavy as you can.

A good thing about free weight lifting is that you can do it at home as well, you don’t have to go to a gym for it, and it’s a lot cheaper than those cardio machines and a lot more effective for burning fat.

Exercises Only Are Not Enough

Doing exercises only is not enough, but you can’t out-train a bad diet neither.

To summarize it a little bit this is what you’re suppose to if you want to get rid of stomach fat.

1. Increase your resting metabolic rate and fat-burning hormones for more and faster fat burning

There are different ways to increase your resting metabolic rate the 2 most important are workouts and eating the rights foods.

Workouts
Doing the right workouts will increase your RMR extremely but doing the wrong will be just a waste of time.

Foods
There are a lot of incredible foods out there that boost your fat burning and some of them are fats so why in the world would you want to follow a low-fat diet if fats can actually help you to lose weight?

You need to eat only healthy foods such as vegetables, fish, fruits, organic meat and no processed foods, junk food etc. And don't eat only 2/3 meals a day with one big meal instead eat 5/6 small meals every 3 wakings hours.

2. When you’ve increased your resting metabolic rate with the proper workouts and proper and healthy diet you will burn huge amounts of fat really fast, of course it depends on how much body-fat you currently have to be certain when you’ll have a really lean body.
